Using this site

Macrograms provides free BMR, TDEE, and macro calculators for educational and informational use. No account or sign-up is required, and there is no charge to use any page on this site.

Not medical advice

The calculations on this site use standard, published formulas (Mifflin-St Jeor for BMR, standard activity multipliers for TDEE, and common macro-split ratios), not original research or a personalized assessment. They are estimates, not medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. If you have an underlying health condition, are pregnant, or are making a significant change to your diet or activity, talk to a doctor or registered dietitian before acting on any number from this site.
